AI Visibility
How AI assistants describe you, and how to improve it
Find out how AI assistants describe your organisation and products, then improve it.
We treat it as a communication problem supported by technology. Structured data tells AI what a product is. We make sure your content and structured data together also tell it who each product is for, and when it is the right choice.
How the work runs
The work runs in three stages. Stage 1 is the entry point and can be bought on its own. Stages 2 and 3 follow on.
Stage 1
Audit
What does AI say about us today, and what should we change first?
- Timing
- 3–4 weeks
- Price
- £7,500 fixed fee for the standard scope
Assess
- Kick-off to agree commercial priorities, the priority brand or product area, the audiences and the customer situations that matter
- Build a set of up to 20 questions reflecting how those audiences actually ask
- Test the questions across up to 4 AI assistants, running each more than once because answers vary
- Compare how you and up to 3 competitors are described and recommended
- Review up to 5 key pages: how clearly the content communicates, page structure, existing structured data, technical signals and available SEO data
Prioritise
- Show where you appear, where you are missing, where you are misrepresented and where competitors are ahead
- Identify the causes across content, structure, structured data and technical set-up
- Rank the recommended changes by likely impact and effort
- Work through one key page as an annotated example
Included
- Findings report with evidence of how AI represents you today, against competitors
- Prioritised recommendations
- One page worked through as an example
- A playback session with your team
Standard scope
- One priority brand or product area, in one market and language
- Up to 3 audiences, 20 questions, 3 competitors, 4 AI assistants and 5 key pages
Not included
- The question set and how answers are scored
- Content briefs or finished structured data beyond the single worked example
- The full map of which product suits which audience and situation
These are the method, and they belong to Stage 2.
Stage 2
Implementation
Make the changes, and prove they worked.
- Timing
- About 4–6 weeks after the audit
What we do
- Map which product suits which audience and situation, for the agreed product area
- Write a content brief for each of about 10 key pages: what the page needs to say, to whom and when
- Write the structured data (JSON-LD) for each page template, designed to communicate clearly rather than simply to validate
- Specify the technical changes for your developers or agency
- Work with your team, agency and developers through build, and check everything before it goes live
- Re-run the audit questions after launch to show the before-and-after change
Included
- Product, audience and situation map
- Content briefs for about 10 key pages
- Structured data for each page template
- Technical change specification
- Quality check before launch
- Before-and-after report
Not included
- Final copywriting. Your team or agency writes it, or we bring in a freelance copywriter at extra cost.
- Development work. Your developers or agency make the changes unless agreed otherwise.
- Regulatory review. In healthcare, medical, legal and regulatory approval stays with you.
Stage 3
Ongoing optimisation
Keep it working as AI answers change.
- Timing
- Monthly, six-month minimum
AI answers keep shifting, so the changes need regular review. Monitoring and post-launch improvement are one service, not two.
What we do
- Re-run the question set every month and track changes, including competitors
- Adjust pages and structured data where answers slip or change
- Add new products, pages or markets within the agreed scope
- Review priorities with you every quarter
Included
- Monthly results summary
- Ongoing page and structured data updates
- Quarterly review session
Stages 2 and 3 are priced to your scope and set out in a proposal after the audit.
